our clinic cancellation policy
When you book an appointment with us, you are reserving a professional therapist’s time and the clinic resources are exclusively reserved for your treatment.
This enables us to provide the best service, to best support the health and wellbeing of all our clients.
Your appointment is a commitment between us, and extends out to other clients who are also seeking treatment and support.
We will make every effort to accommodate your re-scheduling needs where possible, however the following cancellation policy applies to all clients:
Cancellation or reschedule requests require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
This allows us to open the spot up to other clients who may need our services.
More than 24 hours notice: No charge
Less than 24 hours notice: Full appointment fee charged.
Missed appointments or where client’s late arrival means treatment cannot be started: Session forfeited, full appointment fee charged.
We do understand emergencies arise, however getting and keeping your health and wellbeing on track requires a commitment from you, and we don’t want you to cancel simply because you don’t feel like coming. This shows a lack of commitment; which is not compatible with improving your health and wellbeing.
Exceptions will be considered in cases of genuine need.
We know you make your booking with good intentions, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure the clinic can continue to sustainably service all of our clients.
